SUMMIT, NJ — Summit Downtown, Inc., the nonprofit organization responsible for promoting the development and vitality of Summit’s downtown business district, has extended its lease at Bank Street Centre with a new five-year agreement.
Summit Downtown represents retailers and businesses within Summit’s Special Improvement District and plays a central role in organizing events, marketing initiatives, and programs designed to strengthen the downtown economy and enhance the visitor experience.
The lease extension reflects the organization’s continued presence in the heart of the downtown district it serves.
